Love Technical Services disclaims any guarantee of the availability of any particular product displayed on this Site. It reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product or service, to remove any product or service listed on this Site and to change pricing, terms, specifications and warranties at any time without notice. The prices displayed on this Site do not include shipping and handling or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. You are responsible for the payment of any shipping and handling charges and state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order.

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on our Site. However, because the colors you see will depend, in large part, on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Love Technical Services does not guarantee that any Content or other information, including but not limited to price information, product specifications, and completion and delivery schedules, are accurate or complete. Price errors will be corrected on our systems, and the corrected price will apply to your order. We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer, to update Content on this Site and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. All products will be delivered from our workshop facilities in Richmond, California (Contra Costa County), and all services will be provided at those same facilities unless otherwise agreed. This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of California, excluding its rules governing conflict of laws. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against Love Technical Services must be resolved by a court located in Contra Costa County, California. Any cause of action must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim arises.
