Returns and exchanges

Custom lines, splice labor, and made-to-order rigging are built to your specifications. These orders are final sale and not returnable once work has commenced or materials have been cut, unless Love Technical Services, Inc. agrees otherwise in writing.

Stock rope sold by the foot may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided it is unused, uncut from the original shop coil where applicable, and in resalable condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping charges are not refundable unless we shipped the wrong item.

Hardware may be returned within 30 days if unused, in original packaging, and free of installation marks. Some special-order hardware may be non-returnable; we will tell you before ordering.

If your shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, photograph the package and contents and contact Pandarigging@gmail.com within 7 days. We will work with the carrier and replace or refund as appropriate.

Email Pandarigging@gmail.com with your order number, items, and reason. Do not return merchandise without authorization — unauthorized returns may be refused.
